In 1991, Light Path Resources (LPR), formed by Diane & Don Chapin with the Mission Statement of "Bringing Awareness of Spiritual Principles to Daily Living," moved from Santa Rosa, CA, to the Reno, NV, area, almost immediately being introduced to Bridges In Consciousness (Bridges’), under the auspices of Revs. Glenda & Tom Dvorak, because of like-minded pursuits. Note the commonality of Bridges’ Mission Statement, "The mission of Bridges In Consciousness is to reveal the spiritual wholeness indwelling every individual by being the sacred space where all are safe – providing tools, training services and love necessary for Self Mastery," with that of LPR's.
LPR moved to Hong Kong in 1992 for additional development and work, eventually wending back through Santa Rosa, CA, and to the Reno area again in 1993.
The founders of Bridges’ were ordained on September 23, 1990, by The Church of Healing Christ, which was the Divine Science church of San Antonio, TX, at that time, with Ann and Don Kunath as Ministers, and Ann as the President of the Board of Trustees. The time period for the original Divine Science church founding was an active period for New Age churches: Swedenborgan (America) was founded in 1859, the Theosophical Society in 1875, Christian Science approximately 1879, Divine Science in 1887, Unity in 1891 and Religious Science in 1927. Ordination, in those days and now, does not have to come from a formal school that aims to indoctrinate their ministers with a certain way of thinking, but pulled upon promising and dedicated field/lay people that were heavily involved with supporting the church and its tenets.
Such was the case with Tom Dvorak and Glenda Cross-Dvorak, who had each worked as Science of Mind/Religious Science Practitioners for many years and as Practitioner Instructors from 1984 through 1990 in Glendale, CA, Boise, ID and Reno, NV. Additionally, Tom was an instructor for Transcendental Meditation and for other meditation techniques, as well as conducting Shamanic Journeying Groups from 1974. On September 23, 1990, they were selected to be Assistant Ministers and ordained by the San Antonio Church of Healing Christ, a Divine Science church at that time, that recognized their contributions and capabilities.
In the case of LPRWW, both Diane and Don Chapin had been heavily involved with metaphysical and spiritual pursuits for many decades. Diane was called to begin an active participatory avenue in spiritual development in 1976, while Don, as an armchair metaphysician/theoretician for three decades, was internally directed into a more active participation in 1988. Their early work in Santa Rosa, CA, involved transcribing weekly channeled classes into chapter and book form (with the original intent of producing hard-copy books), in addition to individual spiritual counseling.
The confluence of LPR and Bridges' in Reno in their 1991 meeting was certainly being directed from spiritual sources and quickly became a synergistic arrangement. By 1993, When LPR moved back to the Reno area, Bridges’ was primarily working with HIV/AIDS patients and LPR assisted with writing two individual Procedures Manuals (that were later recommended for copyrighting by a Nevada State official, because of the detail involved) spiritual counseling, patient intake counseling (including an interview, evaluation and financial control format that was adopted by the State of Nevada) and Bridges’ Board of Directors activities.
Ultimately, this arrangement between Bridges and LPR resulted in the "human condition"(*) ordination of Diane and Don by Bridges’ on April 15, 1997 as Ministers-at-Large, with a potential of initiating a Bridges’ South in Las Vegas.
Following Diane’s transition on Jan 17, 2004, Don first returned to the Reno/Sparks, NV, area, then, in May 2005, moved to S. Oregon to offer the results of their work to the world at large, based on the recommendation of Diane's guides just two months before her transition. Hence, LPR has materialized into the web-based Light Path Resources – World Wide (lprww.us, or lprww.org, or lprww.com, or lprww.net, or lprww.info) as a Free Church.
On August 28, 2005, Rev. Glenda Dvorak succumbed to cancer and transitioned. On September 6, 2006, Rev. Tom Dvorak also transitioned.

"Collaboration is the principle to be applied after the 1st book. Husband may have many of the ideas, perhaps not all, but they are built of the power and painstaking work of the vehicle for the majority of her life. The important thing to remember is that balance is the key. There is a rhythm and cadence to this that is not to be hurried, meaning: Keep at the pace of unfoldment, rather than rushing into the future before you are ready. This 1st book is justified under husband's name only as Dr. Don, not so the others. Joint ownership and collaboration is a must and correct.
You have our permission to use and rewrite our concepts, teachings and principles as necessary, as we are Quest and aspects of the Divine, as are you. Remember and know, the way is being prepared for both of you to participate in this significant joint effort as directed by the Divine. This is God's Plan for you that is being revealed to you today. We hope that you will take this Plan to heart and realize the significant blessing to you both in large and small ways. Congratulations to Dr. Don for following his intuition and inner and outer (us) guidelines, thus setting this significant Plan into motion, that is not to be hurried. We are standing by to bless and assist you in every way.
